- develop the business according to the guidelines and objectives set by general management;
- implement local sales initiatives;
- monitor sales performance;
- train sales representatives on site;
- gather competitive intelligence;
- prepare a daily activity report.
Profile required:
- 2/3 years of higher education in sales and/or communication, good interpersonal and sales skills: negotiation, ability to build customer loyalty, analytical thinking;
- experience in insurance would be a plus.
