Wilfrid Midongo: new General Manager of ProAssur

Wilfrid Midongo has been appointed General Manager of ProAssur, a subsidiary of Wafa Assurance. The appointment was made official by the company's Board of Directors, convened on 26 October 2023 in Douala, Cameroon.

W. Midongo has over 15 years of professional experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector. A graduate of the Higher Institute of Technology (I.S.T) Gabon, the Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances de Paris and HEC Paris, he began his career as an underwriter at AIG, Paris before joining Ogar Assurances Gabon in 2009 and then One Re Gabon in 2017.

In October 2018, Wilfrid Midongo rejoined Ogar Assurances as General Manager.
