Isabelle Hébert appointed member of the Allianz France Executive Committee

Isabelle Hébert has joined the Executive Committee of Allianz France. She has also been appointed Head of the Data, Engagement, Marketing and Strategy Unit. This promotion will take effect on 4 March 2024.

She is taking over from Executive Committee member Julien Martinez, who has been appointed Head of Allianz France's Customer Service Unit since 1 January 2024.

French-Swiss Hébert, 51, is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (ENSAE).

With extensive experience acquired early in her career in the United States, where she worked in the health sector for Cigna and Aetna, I. Hébert joined the Malakoff Humanis group in 2010. She then joined MGEN in 2013 and the AG2R La Mondiale Group in 2020, where she became a Member of the Group's Management Committee in charge of Digital, Marketing and Customer Relations.

Still a member of AG2R La Mondiale's Direct Committee, she has been in charge of Omnichannel Distribution and Customer Relations since 2022. She is also President of the Parité Assurance association, dedicated to promoting women in the insurance, assistance and health sectors.
