BH Assurance: 2023 net result and dividend distribution

BH Assurance closed the 2023 financial year with a net profit of 13.1 million TND (4.27 million USD) against 13.3 million TND (4.24 million USD) in 2022, a 1.5% decline in local currency.

The company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on 23 April 2024.

On this occasion, the Board of Directors will propose the distribution of a 1.5 TND (0.5 USD) dividend per share for the past year, representing a total of 4 million TND (1.3 million USD).
