Tunis Re: 2023 net result and dividend distribution

At its meeting held on 28 March 2024, the Board of Directors of Tunis Re reviewed the company's activities and approved the financial statements for the 2023 financial year.

The Tunisian reinsurer closed the year with a net result of 18.578 million TND (6.1 million USD), a 6.4% decline over one year.

Turnover increased by 14% to reach 222.533 million TND (72.5 million USD).

Financial products amounted to 32 million TND (10.4 million USD), up by 11% compared with the same period of 2022.

Tunis Re will hold its Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2024. On this occasion, the Board of Directors will propose to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 0.42 TND (0.14 USD) per share for the 2023 financial year.
