Feb 2018 On the sidelines of the 42nd General Assembly of FANAF, Adama Ndiaye, President of the federation, unveiled the date of the General States of Insurance.
Organized jointly by the Interafrican Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA) and FANAF, this event will take place on 7, 8 and 9 March 2018 in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire).
The planned topics relate, among others, to the establishment of a relationship of trust between insureds and insurers, the improvement of compensation systems and the development of microinsurance. Life insurance and regulation are also among the topics announced.
