Sanlam completes the acquisition of Soras Insurance

SanlamSoras Insurance General will continue to operate under the brand name Sanlam. On November 13, 2019, the South African group announced the completion of the acquisition process of the Rwandan company, which was taken over by Saham in 2014.

At the time, Saham (Morocco) had purchased 63% of the capital of Soras. As a reminder, the South African giant Sanlam acquired the entire Saham Group in 2018.
