Position: Risk and Compliance Assistant
Country: Daouala, Cameroon
Main duties:- Help ensure that the group's compliance policy is respected.
- Participate in the integration of the Group's risk framework and policies within the company.
- Follow up on the requirements outlined in the Group's governance manual and help disseminate them and ensure that any changes to the manual are properly communicated within the company
- Help ensure the company's adherence to the Group's compliance policy, the Group's anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing policy, the Group's sanctions policy and other policies that may be published or shared by the Group;
- Assist in informing management of new laws and regulations that may impact the company;
- Assess compliance with internal policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and management, including the Group's code of conduct and anti-fraud policy.
- Regularly assist in monitoring discrepancies to verify compliance with local policies
- Assist in the event of non-compliance with procedures and incidents, send the incident report on the respect of personal data to the Group.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, auditing and risk and compliance management.
- Mastery of accounting techniques
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations
- Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
