A clean-up of the insurance business

In an effort to streamline the market, regulators have begun the clean-up of the insurance industry. This is the first step towards the reform intended to restore the consumers' confidence affected by rumors of embezzlement and mismanagement. As a consequence, 102 brokerage licences have been withdrawn and 233 experts have been dismissed for non-compliance with statutory criteria.
