A turnover of 480 million USD for fire insurance

Fire insurance reported a turnover of 1.8 billion SAR (480 million USD) in 2012. During the same period, 29 870 claims have been posted for an amount of 211 million SAR (56 million USD). Statistics show that 35% of fires are caused by short circuits while 27% of them are accounted for by children's games.
