ACE, new third party liability (TPL) products

Ace is launching two new TPL policies: Easyace Elite Asso and Easyace RC Pro. Easyace Elite Asso has been designed to protect the third party liability of leaders of non-profit associations and entities.

Are covered the damages pronounced by a court sentence and legal expenses. Image recovery along with assistance services are covered by this scheme.
Easyace RC Pro is targeting IT service companies along with media and consulting firms whose turnover does not exceed 10 million EUR (13.7 million USD).

The product covers damage to third party caused by a professional mistake on part of the insured. Legal fees are covered by the police.
