Adjustments targeting motor insurance

Difficult reality for insurers. For the recent four years, motor loss experience has been rising by 20% to 30% while premiums have increased by only 10% on average. Consequently, companies have carried out adjustments by raising the premiums and deductibles for motor facultative risks.

Glass breakage, comprehensive third-party and collision covers have been the hardest hit by this review. Drivers under the age of 35 are particularly targeted by these changes. Third party liability tariffs set by the State did not undergo any change.
