Allianz plans to increase its stake in Euler Hermes to 100%

Allianz is planning to increase its stake in Euler Hermes. The German giant, which already holds 63% of the capital of the French credit insurer, announced on November 27, 2017, its intention to increase its stake to 100%.

The transaction is expected to amount to 1.85 billion EUR (2.21 billion USD).
