Astrée, modification of its shareholders’ shares

Following the buyout of an important stock of shares and voting rights on October 7, 2004, the Générale de Participation de Tunisie (SICAF) is now holding 9.2% of Astrée capital and is planning to increase its holding to 10%. On the other hand, the Banque de Tunisie (BT) reduced by 30% its shares in the company's capital. The Banque de Tunisie also holds via its branches an additional 11% in Astrée capital, over which it has direct control. These 11% are shared out among Club Aquarius and SICAF.
