Awareness-raising campaign to underwrite policies
Fourteen insurance companies have recently set up a group project designed to disseminate the advantages of insurance among the population and the way to access it. This campaign is designed to raise awareness among Nigerians and draw their attention to the need to underwrite an insurance policy.
It is worth reminding that Nigeria's insurance penetration rate stands among the lowest in Africa (less than 1%).
