According to Adelane Mecellem, CEO of Axa Assurances Algeria, staff training in financial and technical areas is paramount.

Mastery of all elements pertaining to premiums, expenses and placement by staff members would make it possible for the company to cope with market evolutions. It would also allow to better meet the need of customers by providing diversified products.
