Axa, new acquisitions in Asia

AXA Asia Pacific, subsidiary company of the French insurer, has bought out National Australia Bank's subsidiary companies of Hong Kong and Indonesia for the sum of 356 million EUR (431.4 million USD). These acquisitions being made through shareholders' equity will enable the insurer to promote its life operations in Asia where it has already deployed a network of 1, 800 agents.
