Axa, reshuffles

The French group is adopting a new strategy. In addition to his position of AXA France's chairman, François Pierson has been entrusted with the non-life insurance activities worldwide. Christopher Gordon, who is running the subsidiary Axa Financials in the United States, will also be handling life insurance business. Denis Duverne, has become executive general manager. Human resources, communication and corporate third party will directly be reported to Henri de Castries.

Claude Brunet has renounced his mandate as a member of the group's management board. He remains member of the executive committee and retains his duty as manager of logistics, communication, marketing and human resources.
