AXA shows interest in purchasing Thinc Destini Group

After having swallowed the Swiss Winterthur, the French AXA has showed interest in buying out the Thinc Destini Group with which it indulged in exclusive talks. The Thinc Destini Group is ranking among the first financial consultancy firms in the United Kingdom where it is running a portfolio worth 4.45 billion EUR (5.64 billion USD). The sum of the transaction would amount to 252 million EUR (319.6 million USD).
