Axa's ambitions in Algeria

Axa which has achieved a turnover of 6.34 million EUR (8.4 million USD) in 2012 hope to increase its revenues to 18 million EUR (24.8 million USD) in 2013, that is, a forecast tripling its operations in 12 months. With thirty agencies deployed nationwide, the insurer has devised a general strategy based on the concepts of service quality and innovation. By 2016, Axa is targeting a market share ranging between 5% and 6% in non-life insurance. As to life insurance, the declared objective is to become the number one insurer with a 20% market share.
