Capital increase
- In accordance with the compulsory recapitalisation process due on February 28, 2007, Niger Insurance Company Plc has proceeded with the necessary adjustments in order to raise its capital from 350 million NGN (2.8 million USD) to 750 million NGN (6.1 million USD) then to 5 billion NGN (40.6 million USD).
- The company ALLCO insurance Plc. has proceeded with an increase of its capital at 6.1 billion NGN (49.6 million USD).
