Chubb will not acquire Hartford

ChubbAfter declaring in March 2021, its intention to acquire Hartford Financial Services Group, Chubb is no longer interested in the operation.

For the record, Hartford has already rejected three successive offers from the American insurer. The first one was valued at 23.24 billion USD and the last one at 25 billion USD.
