CMA penalises Salama Cooperative Insurance and Wafa

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has announced the penalties imposed on insurers who have violated "the clause (A) of Article 34 of the Listing Rules and the instructions in the electronic disclosure forms number 1, 5 and 6.

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. and Saudi Indian Company for Co-operative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) respectively are thus penalized 18 660 USD and 37 320 USD for not submitting Form No. 1, and not updated the forms 5 and 6.
