Compensation of the tsunami’s South African victims

Old Mutual and Liberty Life insurers are being cautious when dealing with compensation cases of the South African Tsunami victims of December 26, 2004.This stance is accounted for by the absence of death certificates for the persons who went missing. Nonetheless, reinsurers say they are willing to promptly process and honor the claims.
