Cooperation between the Egyptian and Emirati insurance supervisory authorities

The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) and Emirati Dubai Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) signed an agreement. The defined framework provides for collaboration in the field of information exchange and supervision tasks. EFSA was set up in 2009 following the merger between the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, the Capital Markets Authority and the Financial Loan Authority.

DFSA is the independent supervisory body for financial departments in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center).
