Coris Assurance, the most recently-established company on the market, is committed to the two-wheel insurance sector. About 3 million people use motorcycles for their daily travel throughout the country. Out of the 5 000 accidents reported between 2007 and 2011 in Burkina Faso, 70% of them involve motorcycles.

Henceforth, Coris Insurance is marketing a policy, worth 4900 FCFA (9.8 USD), covering the risk of death, permanent disability or bodily injury resulting from a road crash. Benefits vary from 100 000 FCFA (202 USD) to 500 000 FCFA (1009 USD) depending on the extent of coverage.
