Cotunace has absorbed Assurcrédit

Cotunace is about to absorb Assurcrédit with a retroactive effect of January 1, 2013. The extraordinary general assembly of the latter has not given yet its final approval. Assurcrédit reported 12.1 million TND in 2012 (7.8 million USD) of premiums for a benefit of 147 000 TND (94 900 USD).
