Creation of GN Reinsurance

Nduom Group, the Ghanaian conglomerate, has created GN Reinsurance Company (GN RE), third local reinsurer after Ghana Reinsurance Company and Mainstream Reinsurance Company.

The new entity which will operate on the local market is endowed with a capital of 23.9 million USD.

According to P.K. Nduom, chairman of both the conglomerate and GN RE, the reinsurance company will be able to cover any risk up to 7.5 million USD.
