Creation of PRO-ASSUR VIE, a limited company with a capital of 500 million FCFA (1.007 million USD), subsidiary of PRO-ASSUR Ltd. Mr. Boniface Kacyem has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Pape Amadou Nidaye General Manager. The latter holds this post jointly with that of Managing Director of PRO-ASSUR Ltd.
