Decreasing motor insurance premiums

Insurance premiums for public transport and commercial vehicles have reported a notable decrease since the adoption in February 2004 of the reforms that have affected the transport sector. Through the introduction of the speed limit system and the compulsory use of safety belt, these reforms have made it possible to bring down road accidents by about 30%.

The falling trend of motor premiums is even amplified by the stiff competition among insurance companies in terms of tariffs.
