Dhaman, new health insurance company

Creation of a national health insurance company called Dhamen, whose mission will be to provide health cover for the expatriated employed by the public sector.
Endowed with 250 million AED (68 million USD) in capital and full administrative and financial autonomy, the company holds its head-office in Abu Dhabi with the prospect of pushing its operations inside and outside the Emirates.
The company will provide its services for a ten-year period to the government-employed expatriates. It shall repay partner governmental institutions a maximum of 70% in overall value of services supplied to the insured.
