Draft amendment to the Insurance Act

Stakeholders in the transport sector are urging the government to vote new measures in favor of road accidents' victims. Any Kenyan involved in an accident should be paid the sum of 34 483 USD by the insurance companies. The project already adopted awaits final approval.
