Elaborating the 2013–2017 program contract

The Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA) launched this November the study of the new program contract. The roadmap focuses on the reforms targeting the insurance industry, is designed to improve the relationship between insurers and their customers, to promote efficiency and competitiveness within this industry.
Bringing Tunisian standards closer to the international standards will also be on the agenda. This plan is funded by the European Union.
