Family planning insurance

In an effort to contain and reduce the excessive birth rates in Egypt, the government plans to propose a 10 000 EL, (600 USD)- insurance policy to women who would settle with two births and a 3000 EL, (480 USD)-policy for all women who could manage a five-year interval between the first and second birth.
