FFA: new organization and appointments

The French Insurance Federation (FFA) adopted a new organizational structure on 1 September 2021. The change within the organization is reflected in the creation of three new divisions:

FFABusiness Practices:

  • Property and Casualty insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Distribution and Consumer affairs
  • Finance and Investments
  • Social and Diversity

Federal Competence Centers:

  • Public & Social Affairs
  • Communication
  • Statistics and economic research
  • Law and compliance

Support functions:

  • Human Resources
  • Budget, Accounting and Finance
  • Operations

The federation has also created four cross-functional units reporting directly to Franck Le Vallois' general management: taskforces and missions, business management and technology, strategy and forecasting, transformation and organization.

The new operational model comes with several appointments in managerial positions. Franck Le Vallois, FFA's General Manager, is now to work with a team which includes:

  • Stéphane Pénet: Deputy General Manager
  • Manuela Lenoir: Distribution and Communication Manager
  • Christian Pierotti: Public and Social Affairs Manager
  • Ludivine Azria: Territorial affairs and professional federations Manager
  • Elena Canale: Sustainable Development Manager
  • François Rosier: Legal affairs and compliance Manager
  • Anne-Sophie Dufernez: Economic research Manager
  • José Bardaji: Statistics and economic research Manager
  • Nathalie Irisson: Consumer Affairs and Digital Manager.
