First Insurance Company keen to operate in Tanzania and Uganda

Apollo Insurance and Pan Africa Insurance, held to 46% by the South African company Africa Life Assurance, decided to melt their short-term businesses within a new company: Newco Ltd. The two companies would respectively hold 60.03% and 39.97% of the shares.
