• Required qualifications:
  • Have a professional Insurance qualification and / or experience in the Insurance Industry for at least 8 years. MBA Graduate preferable
  • Have a proven track record in the Industry with sound leadership experience to lead Company to new heights
  • Have experience and be hands on in all Departments including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, staff Management, and have an eye for detail
  • Be between 36 and 50 years of age or nearby to have the necessary skills required for the position
  • Be ready and committed to put in the necessary time to be up to date on all aspects daily
• Job description:
  • To professionally manage all areas and operations in the office on a daily basis and to be fully responsible and accountable for all actions and / or non - actions
  • To ensure and be fully alert on day to day challenges of the market and tackle each challenge head on. To be a problem solver and deliver desired results
  • To grow the Company’s business by getting new clients, as well as harnessing the existing clients’ requirements efficiently
  • To maintain a harmonious relationship with our working partners geared towards prompt action and results
  • To provide weekly and monthly MIS reports to Managing Director. To ensure all deadlines are respected and complied with
  • To communicate effectively and diligently internally as well as with clients, vendors, Insurers, and all others
  • To professionally handle all Departments including Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Administration and Human Resources and to maximize output
  • To respect Company protocols and directives set by the Managing Director and shareholders at all times
  • To ensure all statutory compliances with Regulatory Authorities are handled efficiently and concluded well before deadlines
