Flagstone has achieved its redomiciliation

Flagstone has announced having completed its redomiciliation. Previously based in Bermuda, it is Luxemburg that hosts the group from now on. the shareholders had, during the last general assembly of May 14, approved this decision. Flagstone shares continue to be exchanged at Wall Street as well as in Bermuda.
