Ghita Lahlou El Yacoubi, first Arab woman at the top of a major insurance company

Ghita Lahlou El Yacoubi, a graduate of l'Ecole Centrale de Paris, started out at Arthur Anderson's firm before joining ONA in 1994 as human resources and communication Manager. In 2001, Moulay Hafid El Alamy hired her for the management of Phone Assistance, a branch of the Saham group of which she has become boss since 2002. Therefore, Ghita Lahlou currently runs a total of about 2 000 staff members scattered around CNIA and Phone Assistance which she continues to manage.
