Holding the first national insurance days

The Association des Sociétés d'Assurance du Cameroun (ASAC) has unveiled its plan to hold the first national insurance days. This campaign is designed to familiarize people with the business and increase the penetration rate of insurance which is limited to 2% of GDP. Training and communication are at the core of the strategy devised for this purpose. Cameroon stands as the second market of the FANAF zone. 25 companies are operating there, 18 of which in non life insurance and 7 in life.
