Implementation of the convention of direct compensation to policyholders

The insurers decided to implement IDA convention signed by the whole of the Algerian Insurance companies in 2000. This convention , which was supposed to be in force on the 1st of January 2001, has never been really implemented.
The failures are due to the lack of information provided by the insurers to their customers. The relaunch of Ida convention should be done on the 1st of March, 2004.
