ING wants NN to get listed before the end of the year

ING has confirmed its intention to make Nationale Nederlanden (NN) get listed before the end of the year.
The group continues its restructuring plan launched five years ago in thus abandoning its definitely bancassurance model.
ING plans the total sale of NN in 2016 and the sale in 2015 of more than half of its stakes.
According to Ralph Hamers, CEO of ING, the book value of the insurance subsidiary would be 20.01 billion USD.
