Insurance against cyber risks is growing in Europe

The recurrence of cyber attacks in the West led to the development of insurance against this type of risk in Europe.

Hacking of target, Sony and TV5 Monde, which caused compensation of 150 million USD for the first two companies, has played an important role in this attraction to the cyber risk.

As a reminder, the insurance against cyber risk guarantees companies the partial repayment of the financial loss incurred during a cyber attack.
