Insurance agents are better trained

The level of qualification of insurance agents has increased over the last decade. In 2013, four in five workers are overqualified for the profession. This ratio was only one out of two ten years ago.

Gender distribution, the proportion of agents in their forties and the number of intermediaries working full-time (nine out of ten) remained unchanged over the last ten years.
