Low insurance rate in fishery

During a seminar on insurance held on March 28, 2004 at El Djazair Hotel. Mr. Ismail Mimoun, the Algerian Minister of fishing industry, declared that very few fishermen are insured. The minister pointed out that 3 200 fishing ships are potentially in need of being insured against sea hazards.
