Resulting from the joint-venture between Solidarity of Bahrain and the Malaysian MAA Holdings Berthad, MAA Takaful is planning to penetrate the markets of Bahrain and Egypt after having explored that of Malaysia.

Having mobilised the means for the sake of its ambitions, the company has announced the successive increase of its capital from 25 to 50, then to 75 million USD.
