Management of motor claims by SMS

Kepler Technologies, an Algerian subsidiary of Franco-Romanian group Kepler has introduced to Algerian companies a computerized system for the management of motor insurance claims. This product called "Amane Auto" is designed to inform policyholders about the status and progress of their claim files by means of SMS or email.

According to Kepler Technologies, Amane Auto would retain customers by simplifying the process. But a change in insurance regulation is required before the product can be marketed in the country. In Algeria, the number of vehicles on the roads amounted to 6.2 million in 2011.
