Merger deal between Guardian Trust, Hall Mark and Anchor

A merger deal has been concluded between the companies Guardian Trust Insurance Company Limited, Hall Mark Assurance Plc and Anchor Insurance Company Limited. The new entity, called GHA Insurance Plc is endowed with a consolidated capital of 5.3 billion NGN (42.9 million USD).
