Mundial Seguros, capital increase

Mundial Seguros SA has begun operating as of September 1, 2006. Its 6 million USD initial capital is poised to undergo an increase to 10 million USD starting from October. The Mundial Seguros SA, whose head office is in Luanda, is planning to open several branches in province.
