National Insurance Corporation splits into three entities

To comply with the directives of the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA), National Insurance Corporation (NIC) reorganizes itself.

The company is divided into three entities, a holding company (NIC Holdings), which includes both a life company (NIC Life) and a non life company (NIC General).
